We have partnered with some reputable delivery firms that will ship your products. We'll delegate the distribution of your order to one of our courier partners depending on your position and scope. You will receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Your products must be agreed to sign for upon delivery. If you can not be there to sign for the delivery, then please suggest an alternative, such as could be anyone from a family member, a friend, your neighbor, etc.

We strongly suggest you take delivery of your order by yourself as Organic veggies assume no obligation for products signed by an alternative.

When your order has been successfully placed at Organic Veggies, you will receive an email and text message confirmation.

This mail will contain all the specifics of your order. You may also check your order information from your account if you’ve placed the order via your login id.

Your order status will be updated to you via email and SMS. When you placed your order, you will receive an sms and an email with details of your order.

After your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an sms with tracking details in it. If you don’t receive the mail, then please check your spam box.

If you want to cancel your order, then you may contact us to cancel.

If your order has been dispatched, but it still not delivered then do not take the delivery and contact customer care and inform for the same. In the scenario of prepaid orders, your refunds will be processed under our return policy.

Please note that we are not offering exchanges at this time but sure will do in near future. Remember that, your order must be returned to us in original, undamaged packaging.

We take shipping charges on some products which are weight-based.
