This an announcement for our upcoming events, hosted by our founder.

Each day you will have the opportunity to develop a breathwork practice. This is open to members and non-members alike (feel free to share with your friends)! The great thing about breathwork is that it can be practiced anywhere.

The practice does not have to be complicated, it can be as simple as breathing in for a count of 4, holding for a count of 4, breathing out for a count of 4, holding out for a count of 4 repeated for a certain amount of reps and/or time.

Virtual Group Classes

Beginning of next month we will no longer host virtual group class workouts. We continue to coach members online in a one-on-one setting if you are interested in getting your workout in from afar!

We are going to do a farewell gathering on Friday, March 19th after the Friday Night Lights workout. Hope you all turn up for the event, be a part of this and make it important.
